We always send all orders with the National Postal Service (find your local operator by entering the previous link) by certified mail for maximum safety. As delivered to the carrier, we get a tracking number that we'll give you via email right after, so you'll be able to follow the shipment status easily from home.

Orders get shipped same day or next day at the latest. If you pay by bank transfer, you should bear in mind that first of all, we have to receive the payment. This may take one or two days, and in case of international transfers probably a few more days.

Returns 

You always have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the items, if they weren't what you wanted in the end. We only ask for each item to be unused, in perfect conditions and wrapped in its original packaging with all original tags attached to the product.

Once we have received and verified this, we will proceed to the full refund of the amount paid. It's that simple. If you just want to change the size or the model, first of all contact us (by email or phone) to check its availability.
